Postmedia Place is a luxury office and retail complex conveniently situated in downtown Toronto. With 20 floors and over 300,000 square feet of space, Postmedia Place has created the optimal environment for success.

Tenants have access to amenities designed specifically with their business needs in mind. Our multimedia boardroom can be rented out using a simple online form, and our 550 stall, fully-automated parking facility provides easy access. Postmedia Place also has a pharmacy, a wide variety of dining options, aesthetic services, and a medical clinic.

Since its completion in 1972, Postmedia Place has undergone multiple transformations including renovated washrooms, upgraded heating and cooling, and elevators that have been completely modernized for your speed, comfort, and reliability. In addition, we have completed an additional revitalization to elevate the appearance, which includes a new exterior entrance to the building as well as a contemporary, eclectic lobby. We have new features for added security and convenience, such as special lighting effects, state of the art security systems, and an electronic directory. Our 500 KW generator will ensure base building operations continue through an extended outage if experienced.

Just a block away from the Sherbourne station on the Bloor-Danforth line, and minutes away from the Yonge-Bloor Subway line with easy access to Mount Pleasant Road and the Don Valley Parkway.
